Aboriginal Sport Circle Opens Call for Board of Directors

OTTAWA (July 30, 2026) - The Aboriginal Sport Circle (ASC) is inviting qualified candidates from across Canada to apply for positions on its Board of Directors and help shape the future of Indigenous sport, physical activity and recreation.

ASC is currently accepting nominations for the following Board positions:

• Vice President (1)
• Directors (3)

Serving on the ASC Board of Directors is an opportunity to contribute to the strategic leadership and governance of the national organization representing Indigenous sport in Canada. Board members play a key role in advancing ASC's mission, supporting its members and strengthening opportunities for Indigenous participants, coaches, officials and communities from coast to coast to coast.

ASC encourages applications from individuals who bring diverse experiences, perspectives and expertise and who are committed to collaborative leadership and good governance.
